Job Summary
Triage medical enquiries; provide outstanding medical advice to Juniper patients via email and phone; respond to patients experiencing side effects related or unrelated to their medication; proactively engage with patients throughout their treatment journey; create educational content to provide patients with high-quality, standardized care (clinical instructions, booklets & educational articles); collaborate with a team of clinical and medical support specialists to build processes and systems that improve over time.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified health professional - nurse or pharmacist with 4-5+ years experience
- Completed professional training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nurse specialist
- Bi-lingual: German and English (bonus - other European languages)
