Job Summary
Process work orders by printing necessary documents (barcodes, requisition forms, and kit production forms) and assemble kits with medical supplies for shipment to investigator sites. Refurbish specimen shipping boxes and disassemble supplies returned from investigator sites. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management and assist with inventory and stocking of equipment. This part-time role within ICON's Accellacare In-Home Care team requires 24 hours per week and involves 6 months of clinical research or medical experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of clinical research or medical experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and light lifting 60% of the time
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate systems, enter data accurately, and use standard Microsoft Office software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
