Job Summary
Conduct professional visits and academic seminars at target hospitals in designated regions to optimize client relationships and meet company targets. Proactively learn medical skills and knowledge to effectively apply them in daily academic promotion activities. Collect and analyze client disease treatment and brand usage information, then submit various reports accurately and on time. Establish and maintain updated hospital archives regarding management procedures and medication workflows. Participate in business meetings and team-building sessions to share professional experience and market intelligence. Execute regional business plans and ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and Chinese laws.
Required Qualifications
- Professional visits and academic seminars in designated hospitals in the assigned area, meeting company requirements
- Establishing and optimizing working relationships with local hospital customers
- Active participation in professional skill and knowledge learning, meeting company requirements
- Effective application of acquired skills and knowledge in daily academic promotion activities
- Timely and accurate collection of customer disease diagnosis and treatment information and brand usage information
- Timely and truthful submission of various reports according to requirements
- Understanding of basic hospital management procedures and drug management processes/usage in the assigned area
- Establishing, improving, and timely updating of hospital files
- Active participation in various company business meetings and team building
- Sharing professional promotion experience, insights, and market information with the team
- Assisting supervisors in achieving team goals
- Implementation of SFA projects, timely and accurate entry of relevant information (visits, coverage, meetings, quality of customer visits and medical information provided)
- Ensuring the effective operation of the system with quantity and quality checks and evaluations
- Ensuring all academic seminar activities are closely linked to market development strategies
- Formulating and continuously improving business plans for the assigned area based on supervisor/manager directives
- Ensuring all activities fully comply with company policies and quality standards, Chinese laws and regulations, and other relevant codes of conduct
- Compliance with company quality policies and global quality guidelines
- Completion of all tasks assigned by superiors
