Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed to deliver quality nursing care in a Life Care Centers of America facility. Full-time, days and nights with night differential. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, assess patient needs, and revise care plans as patient condition changes. Must maintain an active RN license, have a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), and CPR certification. Prior skilled nursing experience preferred. Work within an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws and Life Care standards. Includes opportunities to grow with a large network of locations and a sign-on bonus of $7,500.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and current throughout employment
