Medical Staff - RN

Conduct quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact, evaluating needs via ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and positive attitude. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
