Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revise care plans based on condition changes, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license, hold a nursing diploma or degree, and possess one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Complete CPR certification upon hire and keep it current throughout employment. Earn a starting wage of $42.50/hr with shift differentials for evening and night shifts, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
