Job Summary
Conduct quality nursing care for patients through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changing conditions. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while communicating productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and hold current CPR certification. Work full-time day, night, or evening shifts. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
