Job Summary
As an important member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in condition. You will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, exhibit excellent customer service, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to Life Care standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State with active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification on hire or during orientation, to remain current during employment
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
