Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed at Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility. The RN provides quality nursing care, evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans based on changes in condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest practicable well-being in compliance with Life Care standards. Eligible candidates possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active RN license in good standing, with CPR certification current or obtained during orientation. Tuition reimbursement is available for full-time employees. Starts at $42.50 per hour with a $3.50 shift differential for eligible shifts; strong commitment to patient care and collaborative teamwork emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment
