Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed for full-time night shift at Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility. The RN will deliver quality nursing care, evaluate patient needs, revise care plans as conditions change, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs as part of an interdisciplinary team. Requires nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing), active RN license in the applicable state, CPR certification, and preferably one year of skilled nursing experience. Responsibilities emphasize compassionate patient care, adherence to Life Care standards, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
