Medical Staff Education Coordinator

Coordinate required organizational and continuing medical education opportunities for the Medical Staff, acting as the resource between facilities and the organization. Support the Medical Education Committee by identifying quality opportunities, collaborating with hospital quality and risk management, and managing Grand Rounds presentations. Provide oversight of data submission, record retention, and entry to maintain integrity for CME programs and Iowa Medical Society accreditation. Develop and maintain student onboarding and offboarding processes for medical and advanced practice professionals. Complete projects without direct supervision, evaluate programs for resource utilization, and report survey results to the committee.
