Medical Staff Education Coordinator

Coordinate required organizational and continuing medical education opportunities for the Medical Staff, including Grand Rounds presentations and CME programs. Support the Medical Education Committee by managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and overseeing data submission and record retention for IMS accreditation. Develop and maintain student onboarding and offboarding processes for medical students and advanced practice professionals. Evaluate program effectiveness through pre- and post-education surveys, analyze trends, and report findings to the committee. Manage department goals and documentation systems while completing projects independently.
