Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role providing evaluation, development, and administration of individualized speech-language treatment plans for inpatients in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include assessing and addressing speech and language rehabilitation needs, modifying treatment as needed, tracking and documenting patient performance and progress, and celebrating patient victories. Requires licensure or state certification and SLPCCC; CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days. Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience. Emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration within a national rehabilitation team, and opportunities for professional growth in a leading post-acute care organization.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
