Medical Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment; celebrating patient victories while contributing to an inpatient rehabilitation setting for Encompass Health. Role supported by CCC, state licensure, CPR compliance, and preferred master’s degree with relevant clinical experience; PRN opportunities with full benefits and professional growth within a national leader in post-acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
