Resolve billing or patient information issues in the ordering portal, manage onsite collection supply inventory, and document all activities accurately. Adhere to sample collection protocols and safety guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Coordinate specimen transport and collaborate with healthcare providers and lab staff for efficient processing. Requires a valid driver's license, background check, and drug screening completion.
