Job Summary
Engage Oncology Specialists treating NSCLC/NMSC patients within assigned accounts, including academic centers and large group practices, to deliver clinically focused selling messages that drive revenue and brand share. Facilitate partnerships with Regional Directors, Key Account Leaders, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market trends, and coordinate contracting pull-through efforts. Execute market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery systems and payer dynamics while proactively identifying business opportunities and aligning approved resources to support customer objectives. Maintain strict compliance with all Regeneron policies governing pharmaceutical promotion. Requires Bachelor's degree, three years of oncology sales experience, and buy/bill expertise with biologics. Reside in the greater Irvine, CA region with a salary range of $158,950 to $220,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years successful experience in Oncology sales (NSCLC and/or NMSC experience Preferred)
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required
- Minimum of (3) years of experience working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions
- Current account management experience in calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories
- Reside in the greater Irvine, CA region
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
