Job Summary
Licensed Medical Social Worker (PRN) in Little Rock, AR to join STAT Home Health patient care team. Responsibilities include completing accurate documentation, conducting patient assessments and ongoing care for hospice patients, communicating with patients, families and co-workers, managing casework needs of terminally ill patients and families, and participating in discharge planning and in-service programs. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work and current Arkansas license; in-home visit capability with valid driver license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience in Home Health or Hospice and strong oral/written communication skills. Position offers ESOP and mileage reimbursement with opportunities for career advancement.
