Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work required
- Minimum one year of social work experience in a health care setting
- Pathway to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provided
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity, initiative and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of community resources and health care financial system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Openness to change and willingness to try new approaches
