Job Summary
PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker to join patient care team in Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities include completing accurate documentation, conducting patient assessments and ongoing care for hospice patients, coordinating discharge planning and in-service programs, and communicating with patients, families, and co-workers. Must have MSW and Arkansas license; in-home visits require valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
