Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Social Worker (MSW) to lead the evaluation of clients’ social and emotional needs and develop comprehensive Plans of Care. Responsibilities include counseling clients and families on coping with illness impacts, providing clinical oversight for Bachelor’s level social workers, identifying community resources, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for care coordination. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree, state licensure, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school
- Current state licensure in Missouri (and/or Illinois)
- Minimum of one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
