Medical Services Coordinator

Medical Services Coordinator at LifeStance Health coordinates medical care and provides support to patients and psychiatric clinicians, delivering high-quality patient experiences both in-person and via telehealth. Must excel in multitasking, communication, and HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information; proficient with Microsoft Office and EMRs. Education: High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ years of healthcare operations or customer service experience preferred.
