Job Summary
Medical Services Coordinator responsible for on-site management of medical services and the health services subcontractor, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, governance of medical service delivery, and leadership in medical operations, quality assurance, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement across project medical facilities. Oversees audits, reporting, workforce health initiatives (including mental health and MSIPP), incident investigations, and liaison with project leadership to align health services with safety and regulatory goals. This is a non-clinical coordination role focused on coordinating, supervising, and governing medical service delivery rather than direct clinical care, reporting to the Project ES&H Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Valid nursing license for the location assigned
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in occupational health and emergency nursing
