Job Summary

Prepare patient charts for visits, contact insurance companies for referrals and authorizations, and assist patients with various tasks. Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment while utilizing Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Multitask efficiently to support team collaboration and analytical problem solving. Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
