Job Summary
Medical Secretary to join the Orthopedics' Institute at Cleveland Clinic London. Provides secretarial/administrative support to consultants, acting as liaison between patients and consultants, managing consultant schedules/diaries, coordinating with patient access and business office teams, and handling correspondence (medical reports, forms, letters). Responsibilities include arranging meetings, coordinating with theatre and endoscopy teams for case lists and anaesthetic cover, managing leave for anaesthesia staff, and maintaining professional communication with anaesthetists, consultants, and relevant departments to facilitate smooth daily operating lists. Requires secretarial experience in a private healthcare setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective communication with patients. Hybrid work model in Central London (SW1X 7AW).
