Job Summary
Medical Scribe responsible for real-time chart documentation for physicians with high accuracy, recording patient history and diagnoses in the EHR as relayed by patient/physician, determining pertinent exam specifics to record, placing orders for diagnostic testing and prescriptions in the EHR, recording results, outlining the physician’s impression and follow-up plan, assisting patients and answering questions, and completing MIPS criteria during exams.
