Job Summary
Document outpatient medical records by collecting chief complaints, histories, assessments, and treatments under provider supervision. Compile necessary information, including lab results and radiology reports, prior to each visit. Assist in documenting care across Vascular, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Primary Care specialties. Requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, two years of relevant experience, and ability to work some weekends. Available for 8-hour shifts in a multispecialty practice offering dental, health, and vision insurance.

- 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
