Medical Scribe

Accurately document patient visits in real time by entering history, exams, results, treatment plans, and prescriptions into the EHR. Assist with labs, radiology reports, and provider orders while charting encounters, including diagnostics, labs, treatment plans, prescriptions, and discharge instructions. Interact professionally with patients, providers, and team members, maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and HOPCo policies. Support patient care and care coordination as needed, while assisting with training and mentoring other scribes and staff. Demonstrate ongoing competency and commitment to excellence in this full-time role within Southeast Orthopedic Specialists' Northeast Florida practice.
