Job Summary
Medical Scribe supporting primary care providers with real-time clinical documentation and CPT/ICD-10 coding at Oak Street Health. Responsibilities include documenting patient encounters in structured notes, joining providers in the exam room, preparing after-visit summaries, and assisting with clinical documentation improvement. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, leveraging population health tools, and collaboration with care teams. Required Qualifications
- US work authorization
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Prior clinical experience or shadowing (strongly preferred)
- Prior scribe or transcription experience (preferred)
- Advanced listening and communication skills (required)
