Job Summary
Document patient visits in the EMR by recording the provider's history, physical exam findings, assessment, and treatment plan. Enter orders and other information as directed while documenting procedures and treatments to maintain accurate and complete patient records. Work closely with the podiatrist and clinical team to ensure efficient documentation during visits. Requires travel between Sun City and North Scottsdale offices. Schedule includes Monday–Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM and every other Friday from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM. Previous medical scribe or medical office experience is preferred, along with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
