Job Summary
Medical Screener at BioLife (Takeda) part-time role in Mount Pleasant, WI. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting donors, screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results, using the Donor Information System, preparing donor charts, maintaining records, coordinating donor compensation, and identifying opportunities to improve center processes. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical tasks include standing/walking for the shift and occasional lifting. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer/patient-facing experience is helpful. This role supports plasma center operations and donor care with emphasis on safety and quality.
