Job Summary
Part-time role at BioLife/Takeda Plasma Donation Center performing as a donor screener and phlebotomist. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting donors, screening new and repeat donors, recording donor vital signs and finger-stick results, using the Donor Information System, preparing donor charts, maintaining records, coordinating donor compensation, identifying opportunities for center-process improvements, and supporting donors across varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Training is provided. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand/walk for shift, ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and comfort with glove use due to potential bloodborne pathogen exposure. Prior experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful. Location: Spartanburg, SC; starting hourly wage $16.00 with benefits and state/local minimum wage alignment.
