Job Summary
Conduct medical and scientific exchanges regarding Therapeutic Dermatology and Injectable Aesthetics products with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals in French/Italian speaking Switzerland. Build and maintain long-term scientific relationships while presenting evidence-based content during one-on-one meetings and scientific events. Execute medical activities aligned with Medical Affairs strategy, provide scientifically sound information to stakeholders, and monitor local healthcare market developments to derive medical insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing teams. Requires fluent French and English, extensive travel within Switzerland (approx. 80%), and a degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Health Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a comparable field (MSc or PhD)
- Professional experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with biologics or systemic therapies, ideally in Dermatology, Immunology, Allergology, or related therapeutic areas
- Experience in developing and presenting scientific content to medical audiences
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as experience in building professional networks
- Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland (approximately 80%)
