Job Summary
Medical Scientific Advisor for Infectious Diseases and Respiratory & Immunology in Espoo, Finland. Lead medical strategy for pre-launch and launch activities, engage external experts and healthcare professionals, provide medical information, and drive scientific leadership across cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes. Focus areas include vaccines and potential future assets, collaboration with internal partners (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Clinical Operations) and external stakeholders to shape evidence generation, regulatory plans, and access-related activities. Fluent Finnish and excellent English required; role emphasizes advisory boards, educational programs, and real-world evidence initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MD and/or PhD and/or MSc) in a relevant scientific or medical field
- Proven experience in medical affairs and clinical research
- Experience in infectious diseases and/or respiratory diseases
- Leadership in scientific communications and external stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and in the Finnish healthcare environment
