Job Summary
Lead Medical Science Manager (MSM) team to execute territory medical plans and manage data generation activities including IIS and research requests. Strengthen TAE management by building team capability, conducting training, and performing regular co-visits to ensure high-quality scientific engagement. Provide mentorship for career development, coach subordinates, and manage the team's specific budget while supporting performance evaluations. Contribute to global innovative initiative development and lead implementation in China for the assigned disease area. Ensure all medical initiatives strictly adhere to Roche SOPs, codes, and local regulations while enhancing cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Major in Clinical medicine, Pharma or Science
- >5 years working experience in medical affairs or relevant functions in pharmaceutical company
- Expertise in the Therapeutic area of relevance with an established TAE network
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Proven track record of delivering high quality within timelines
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align with wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to motive the team members working towards shared goals
- Ability to work in a changing and complex circumstance proactively
- Experienced strategic thinking and planning skills
- Demonstrated strong ability in cross-functional leadership
- Proven experiences in people and budget management in relevant pharmaceutical organizations
- 3 years of people management experiences
Desired Qualifications
- Master Degree or above (preferred)
- >3 years of people management experiences is preferred
