Job Summary
Establish and maintain relationships with prominent experts, clinicians, and managed care decision-makers across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Communicate scientific and commercial value of products to the medical community while prioritizing customer feedback and pairing unmet needs with internal resources. Collaborate with functional areas to facilitate external clinical investigator-initiated trials and monitor the competitive environment for therapeutic trends. Identify potential speakers for external programs and participate in national and regional conferences to support clinical strategy. Requires up to 60% travel and ability to work up to 15-hour days.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree & 2 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Master's degree & 6 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Bachelor's degree & 8 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (including strong demonstration of ability to network) required
- Ability to travel up to 60% for territory management, attendance at regional and national conferences/workshops, and attendance at company meetings
- Must have ability to learn to use new business applications across hardware tools (e.g., PC, iPad)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
