Job Summary
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the acute wound space to build awareness of AVITA Medical's skin regeneration products. Attend key conferences to gather competitive information and promote abstract submissions for clinical development support. Proactively engage with healthcare professionals, review investigator-initiated research protocols, and provide sales training and field activity support. Interpret dense clinical data into persuasive messages, assist with publication planning, and translate voice-of-customer insights into product design specifications. Manage departmental project prioritization and workload while supporting the commercial team with education tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in acute wound care
- Knowledge of burns and soft tissue reconstruction
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
- Experience with clinical research
- Ability to interpret and translate dense clinical and scientific information
- Experience with pre-market and post-market initiatives
- Ability to review investigator-initiated research protocols and results
- Ability to provide sales training and field activity support
- Ability to assist with development of company sponsored clinical study protocols
- Ability to support the translation of VOC into medically relevant product design specifications
- Ability to conduct usability testing
- Ability to stay abreast of current scientific trends
- Ability to drive departmental project prioritization
- Ability to manage time and workload
