Job Summary
Field-based Medical Science Liaison for the Respiratory portfolio responsible for identifying external experts and key stakeholder groups, delivering scientifically rigorous information and training to healthcare professionals, and supporting external engagement strategies and investigator-sponsored studies within designated US territories. Role requires compliant medical information responses, scientific exchange, presentations to formulary committees and HCPs, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing education of GSK field teams on therapeutic area data and product use. Must maintain up-to-date expertise in respiratory pharmacology and related medicines, and operate within regulatory and company standards. Required Qualifications
- Pharm. D or Ph. D, DNP, or MD (clinical focus)
- Two or more years' experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans
- Must live within territory specified
Desired Qualifications
- Residency or Post-Doctoral training in a clinical/pharmaceutical practice setting
- Pharmaceutical industry experience or medical liaison experience
- Experience presenting to formulary committees and HCPs
- Strong scientific communication and training skills
- Experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans
- Post-graduate experience or clinical research collaboration a plus
