Job Summary

Medical Science Liaison providing scientific/medical support to customers and cross-functional teams for Rare Hematology & Nephrology products. Responsibilities include regular KOL visits (virtual and face-to-face post-pandemic), organizing hospital medical education meetings, delivering phase I medical trainings as needed, supporting the sales/marketing teams with medical information, establishing and maintaining KOL/OL mappings for aHUS and PNH, preparing medical presentations for external stakeholders, assisting in abstract/publication development, ensuring pharmacovigilance reporting within SOP timelines, and contributing to lifecycle management and regulatory/compliance activities. Travel 1-3 times per week is required for field activities and meetings with external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry (1+ years)
  • Background in hematology and/or nephrology preferred
  • Ability to make scientific presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate medical/scientific literature
  • Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations, code of conduct and ABAC rules
  • Solid background and experience in pharmaceutical quality system management (GxP)
  • Computer skills, specifically MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
