Job Summary
Execute medical affairs initiatives by translating complex clinical evidence into clear scientific communication for healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders. Conduct extensive field visits to identify, map, and develop relationships with clinicians, leading activities such as advisory boards, expert meetings, and café talks. Disseminate clinical papers and support the development of educational materials including CME slides and presentations on disease education and therapeutic updates. Gather insights on clinical practice patterns and treatment landscapes to provide actionable recommendations for medical and commercial teams. Support investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence generation, and scientific writing while capturing and communicating safety information. Ensure all scientific exchanges remain accurate, ethical, and compliant with patient-focused standards.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or Clinical/scientific roles
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Strong scientific acumen and ability to interpret clinical data
- Ability to critically evaluate and discuss scientific publications
- Proven ability to build long-term KOL relationships
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
