Job Summary
Execute external engagement strategies by identifying key stakeholders, responding to unsolicited information requests, and disseminating safety information compliant with GSK standards. Conduct scientific exchanges and deliver presentations to formulary committees and healthcare professionals to educate on appropriate medicine use. Maintain expertise in the therapeutic area while supporting clinical development activities, including investigator-sponsored studies and site performance improvements. Provide scientific training to sales representatives and healthcare providers, and partner with matrix colleagues to ensure patient and business-focused strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Pharm. D or Ph. D, DNP, or MD (with a medical or clinical focus)
- Two or more years' experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans
- Experience practically applying this knowledge in a clinical setting
- Must live within territory specified
Desired Qualifications
- Residency of Post-Doctoral training in a clinical/pharmaceutical practice setting
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Medical liaison experience
- Specific therapeutic area experience
- Previous clinical experience in situations where direct/or indirect decision-making authority for patient care was demonstrated
- Above average computer literacy
- Experience with software applications
