Job Summary
Support the MSL TA head and local TA lead in developing local territory R&D tactics for the MA, RI, CT region. Engage with healthcare partners to educate and communicate clinical, scientific, and economic data to advance the scientific platform. Provide field observations to internal collaborators, respond to unsolicited inquiries per compliance standards, and implement local OL plans aligned with annual goals. Lead congress activities, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and serve as a study lead or trainer for speaker updates. Liaise with potential investigators in non-sponsored clinical research and advance the MSL value proposition while demonstrating Amgen's leadership attributes.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Master's degree and 3 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Medical Affairs experience
- PharmD
- PhD
- MD
- DO
- Two years of proven experience in scientific or medical affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Three or more years of clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research
- Rare Disease therapeutic area expertise
