Job Summary
Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in academic clinics, hospital systems, and payor organizations influencing screening product use. Collaborate with clinical and payor customers to address knowledge gaps regarding clinical integration, reimbursement, and coverage. Develop territory plans, educate clinicians on Freenome product attributes, and support on-site presentations for Key Opinion Leaders. Stay abreast of scientific advancements and regulatory guidelines to represent the company at industry events and organize forums for KOLs. Critically review publications to develop educational materials and collaborate with sales to build field medical territories. Identify investigator initiated study proposals and present them to cross-functional partners for clinical trial and research support.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in medical or health sciences (e.g. MS/MD/DO/PhD/PharmD)
- 5+ years relevant industry (diagnostic, pharmaceutical, oncology) experience
- Medical science liaison experience (oncology/diagnostic industries)
- In-depth scientific and/or therapeutic knowledge
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical trial management
- Working knowledge of regulatory guidance and reporting requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong presentations skills including excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
- A self-starter with a results-driven mentality and positive attitude
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Google's office (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
