Job Summary
Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan for engagement with key opinion leaders, investigators, and health systems in obesity medicine. Establish peer-to-peer relationships with clinical experts, deliver evidence-based presentations on the company's pipeline, and gather critical field intelligence on clinical practice patterns. Support clinical trial execution by facilitating site identification, feasibility assessments, and investigator engagement while monitoring competitive landscapes. Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accuracy, synthesize real-world insights for strategy planning, and ensure all field activities comply with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent in life sciences)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 60-80%
- Ability to travel by car and air
- Deep scientific knowledge and genuine passion for obesity medicine, metabolism, endocrinology, or related therapeutic areas
- Prior experience in supporting clinical trial site engagement and early development programs
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex clinical and scientific data
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
