Job Summary
Provide healthcare professionals credible, balanced scientific information about ADC Therapeutics products, pipeline, and research activities. Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and develop territory plans to initiate and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and health care providers. Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses while maintaining expertise in hematology/oncology clinical practice. Collaborate with key functional leaders to ensure alignment across functions and adhere to highest ethical and professional standards. This field-based role covers Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina with approximately 50-60% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- MSL experience
- Must be located within the pre-specified regional territory (OH, KY, TN, VA, NC)
- Must be available for approximately 50-60% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD)
- Previous experience of working within hematology oncology
- Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of the PhRMA, OIG and other relevant guidelines
- Good understanding of the clinical development process and the ICH-GCP guidelines
- Customer-oriented – ability to meet/exceed customers' needs
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Leadership – ethical, focused, organized
