Job Summary

Support CareDx-sponsored clinical trials by developing relationships with key opinion leaders in bone marrow transplantation to introduce AlloHeme, share data readouts, and gather market insights. Partner with the medical director and biostats team to write and submit abstracts and publications highlighting test performance, while helping to identify and support investigator-initiated studies. Assist in defining unmet needs for new product launches, analyze commercially available cell therapy test results, and provide clinical support for customer service inquiries. Participate in advisory board meetings and scientific meetings to advance CareDx's market entry into cell therapy and transplant. This remote role requires up to 50% travel to visit research sites and engage with clinicians. We seek a health care professional with 3-5 years of experience in oncology or bone marrow transplantation to help transform patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Health care professionals with relevant clinical sciences knowledge in oncology
  • Pharm D, PhD, or MD
  • 3-5 plus years of work experience in bone marrow transplantation and/or oncology
  • Experience in collaborating with research staff and key opinion leaders on clinical trials (sponsored and investigator initiated)
  • Outstanding oral presentation skills including ability to clearly present clinical data and address clinical & scientific questions related to CareDx CTT products
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborative work style
  • This is a remote based role
  • Significant travel will be required (up to 50%)

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in MSL role preferred
  • The introduction of new clinical laboratory tests preferred
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus
  • Experience in drafting impactful case studies, conference abstracts/ posters and publications
  • Experience in establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with clinicians and with internal stakeholder functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D) and external customers
  • Knowledge of molecular biology and immunology helpful
  • Preference to those living in the west coast US
