Job Summary
Build and maintain 60% field engagement with healthcare professionals and key external experts to establish scientific leadership and drive positive clinical opinions. Develop and implement quarterly Key External Expert visit plans, including pre-call objectives, discussion points, and data sharing, while responding to unsolicited queries on unapproved products with scientifically balanced information. Act as a scientific expert for internal stakeholders by providing updates on local medical trends, competitor data, and real-world gaps, and initiate training programs on emerging clinical data and therapeutic areas. Collaborate with medical organizations, patient advocacy groups, and study investigators to support CME events, advisory boards, and clinical trial discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Master advanced degree in clinical / life science qualification or 2+ year on relevant experience of medical affairs in pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor degree with strong medical background or 4+ year relevant experience of medical affairs in pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical industry and the area of field medical liaisons
- Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- Self-management and execution ability
- Understanding of multiple aspects within Medical Liaisons
- Experience in training/ consulting
- Fluent in spoken/ written English
- Fluent Microsoft Office operation skills
