Job Summary
Medical Scheduler responsible for ensuring accurate, timely staffing of providers daily, weekly, and quarterly across Crisis, Inpatient, Residential and Outpatient facilities. Requires knowledge of each program’s functions, services and staffing requirements, and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams using strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail to efficiently coordinate staffing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associates Degree is preferred
- 1 year of experience working in a medical practice setting, behavioral health field, administrative role, staff scheduling or medical scheduling is preferred
