Medical Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Provide medical gas products, services, and equipment to assigned accounts within the territory; cultivate and sustain sales relationships with existing customers and identify prospective customers; report to a support lead; bridge pricing, products, delivery, and payments between customers and the company; support other sales representatives in maintaining and developing medical sales within their customer base; analyze market data to identify new customers and foster sales strategies; prepare and analyze sales reports to understand pricing and market conditions; collaborate with leadership to develop market plans and sales strategies; maintain safety procedures and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- A solid background in providing medical, specialty, or industrial gases and equipment (typically gained over 3 or more years)
- Reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and minimum liability insurance as required by the state of vehicle registration
- Effective and engaging written and oral communication, listening, organizational, and presentation skills
- Comfort with digital tools, including Google Workspace, MS Word, and Excel
