Job Summary
Drive adoption and utilization of specialty urology solutions including mobile prostate cryotherapy and MRI fusion biopsy within a new tri-state territory. Build strong partnerships with urology practices, hospitals, and IDNs while partnering with clinical support to facilitate procedures. Develop and execute a sales plan to identify, close new business opportunities, and coordinate trial processes and product approvals. Deliver tailored clinical education, maintain accurate CRM forecasting, and collaborate with leadership for seamless implementation. Requires 2–5+ years of medical device sales experience, 25–50% travel, and a valid driver's license. Base salary ranges from $90–100K with uncapped commission potential up to $200K, plus 401k match, car allowance, and insurance reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience in hospital or surgical centers
- Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and navigate private practice dynamics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a procedural environment (OR and office-based cases)
- High level of accountability, work ethic, and integrity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet credentialing requirements
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as you plan for yourself
