Job Summary
Medical Sales Representative responsible for driving growth and improving patient outcomes through relationship building, territory management, and clinical collaboration. Develop and maintain partnerships with referral sources (therapists, physicians, clinicians) to promote advanced mobility solutions, manage a defined territory, conduct marketing calls and in-services, and ensure insurance/documentation support (LMNs) to minimize denials. Collaborate with clinicians, PCRs, and ATPs to assess mobility needs and recommend customized solutions that meet medical necessity and insurance coverage. Maintain a robust pipeline to meet sales targets and contribute to patient access to CRT products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-6 years of B2B experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented and organized
